What is The Asylum?
The Asylum began as a chat room that I opened one night to vent my frustrations about every damn thing. You see, sometimes, I feel like saving the planet, and sometimes I think we are too far gone to save it and I just want to nuke all the evil bastards that piss me off. So, I made the original Asylum website with the idea that you could actually choose which path you wanted to cruise down, The Groovy Side or The Dark Side. I like that format, so I kept it. That site and this one was created to be a place where all types of people can come and get whatever they want out of it. Are you in a good mood? Try the Temple of Light! In a shitty mood? Then the Temple of Darkness is for you!
I just wanted a place online to call home, where I could find other demented wierdo's and talk about wierd shit. Don't just view the Asylum, become part of it. The whole site is completely geared to be user-responsive so you don't just converse with the WebMaster, but with every other Nutcase that belongs in a padded cell. Enjoy!
